Kimberly Randle - Family Law Solicitor

Biography

Before joining Armstrong Legal as a family lawyer, Kimberly worked as a litigator at a top tier commercial law firm in both Sydney and Los Angeles.

During her time in Los Angeles, Kimberly developed a passion for human rights and the needs of children by becoming actively involved with the City of Angels Children’s Home in Tijuana, Mexico.

While completing her studies, Kimberly worked as an intern for both the United States Senate and United States Supreme Court.

Since returning to Sydney, Kimberly became determined to apply her extensive litigation experience to making a difference in people’s lives. She now handles cases relating to parenting including issues of shared care, living arrangements, communication and time spent with each parent, parental decision making, grandparent’s rights, relocation of children, changing of children’s names, disputes about passports and travel, paternity disputes, substance abuse by parents, children or parents with mental illness or physical disabilities, child abduction and domestic violence. Kimberly also deals with property settlements and splitting of superannuation interests.

Kimberly is an honours graduate of Macquarie University and has also held an executive position on the student law society.

Kimberly is a keen runner, has completed several half marathons and was awarded a Pierre De Coubertin award by the Australian Olympic Committee. Kimberly is also a leader at her local church.
