Kerry White - Senior Family Lawyer

Biography

Kerry is a vastly experienced family lawyer with extensive experience in dealing with complex property settlements and matters involving spousal maintenance . She has worked as a Deputy Registrar in the Family Court of Australia and as a Registrar (sessional) with the Federal Magistrates Court. Those roles provided her with an opportunity to enhance her communication and mediation skills that are particularly important in this area of the law. She has had formal mediation training and in collaborative law, a non adversarial legal model.

In addition to her experience as a family lawyer, Kerry has extensive experience in resolving child support matters following six years as a decision maker with the Child Support Agency.
